Park is available for private functions before Regular opening days in spring.
Seasonal and weather adjustments are usually made at the beginning and end of each season.
If the area experiences inclement weather affecting the safe operation of the water park adjustments will be made to the daily schedule.

Inclement Weather Policy
NYS law requires closing water attractions for 30 minutes following any lightening in the area.
Closing more than 40 minutes: Any guest who does not wish to stay can receive a coupon for $3.00 off a Park Pass, good any day this season.
Closing more than 60 minutes: A rain check, good any day this season may be given to departing guests.
Closing more than 90 minutes: Slides may close for the day and guests will receive a rain check good any day.
